• When is the accommodation available to book?

    The dates that are available to book this year are between 27th June until 10th September 2018. We may also have rooms available from early April (CCCU students will be residing in neighbouring flats from April to June)

     
  • Is there Wi-Fi and how do I use the wireless network?

    Guest Wi-Fi- is available for anyone staying in our accommodation. All you need to do is select ‘Wi-Fi Guest’ on your device to connect. You will need to register with The Cloud in order to use the service. In order to do this, you will just need to open your web browser and click to continue to register.

     
  • What’s included in my room rate?

    Your room rate includes, bedroom hire, towels, bedding, a toiletry pack and use of the communal kitchen & living area. The communal area includes, tea & coffee making facilities & iron which may be shared with other guests. hairdryers are available from reception.

     
  • Where do I check-in?

    You can check-in at the Petros Court reception desk located on the right-hand side of the security gates at the entrance. Check-in time is after 2pm and checkout time is before 10am. Our reception and security desk operates 24-hours should you need us at any time. The postcode is CT1 2FU and the buildings are located behind Augustine Hall.

     
  • Can I have breakfast?

    You can add breakfast onto your stay for an additional £8.10 for a full English or continental meal. The breakfast will be served in Augustine House, which is approximately a 2 minute walk from Petros Court entrance.

     
  • where can I park my vehicle?

    There is parking at Canterbury East train station for guests which is a short 4 minute walk from Petros Court. All day rates are available for £1. 50 – £3. 90 if pre booked in advance online. Please note, you can only book in advance of 2 months before your arrival date. You can also purchase tickets on the day of arrival at the train station (prices correct at time of writing February 2017).

     
  • Is there somewhere secure I can keep my bicycle?

    Yes, we have over 60 bicycle racks where you can store your bicycle securely with 24 hour security at Petros Court, but please bring your own lock. We also allow clean bikes, with dirt-free tyres in your room, but if your bike needs a little wipe down, ask at reception about local facilities to help you out. All we ask is you walk your bike around the building, lean it gently on the wall of your room and don't over crowd your room with more than 2 bikes.

     
  • Where are the nearest transport routes?

    The closest train station is Canterbury East, which is a 4 minute walk from Petros Court. Canterbury East goes directly to and from Dover Priory for guests coming from Europe. There is also Canterbury Bus Station located a 5-minute walk away from Petros Court. Alternatively, for the high speed service to London Canterbury West Train Station is approximately 15 minutes walk from Petros Court.

     
  • What do I do if I have any issues with my room?

    We have 24-hour security, so you can report any issues to the member of staff on duty.

     
  • How can I make a payment

    Payment will be taken automatically when you make your booking online. You can also pay over the phone Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17.00 in advance only. Please note that we are unable to accept cash payments.

  • Do you allow pets?
